Earthen Heart LLC is looking for Primary Land Stewards starting Spring of 2024! The base offer is $1500/month (utilities included) with the possibility of generating income on-site through short term rentals as arranged with land owner. This includes access to plentiful existing land food production equipment as well as harvesting. Please get in touch if this offer is of interest to you! The idea here is to offer access to housing with land for producing food that will be used within the immediate and nearby community. Long term vision is for collective ownership (see below).
We will also be welcoming short term visitors who are willing to work to participate in the many aspects of community homesteading.
We are also looking for investors and partnership organizations to share in this undertaking and potentially enter into long-term partnership to create a Community Land Trust, or similar organization(s), to sustain permanently 1) affordable housing, 2) perpetual regenerative agriculture practices, and 3) conservation of natural areas.
